How to create a price list online for free

A familiar story: you made your price list in Canva once, posted it as an image, then raised prices by a few dollars. Now the pinned post says one thing, your highlights say another, and a client writes “but it used to be 30”.

An online price list fixes exactly that. Prices live in one place, and clients see them by link, always up to date. Below: what you can use to make one for free, which option to pick and how to put it together in about ten minutes.

What an online price list is

People usually mean one of two things, and you need both.

A page with a link

The price list opens in a browser like a tiny website. You put the link in your bio, send it in chats, turn it into a QR code. Change a price and everyone who opens the link sees the new one.

An image made in the browser

A story, a post, a square for chats. No software to install, it all happens on the site. The image won't update by itself, but it's easy to export again.

With only an image, you rebuild it after every change. With only a link, you have nothing to show in stories and the feed. So it's handier when both come from the same list of services.

Free tools for an online price list

There are plenty of free ways. Here are the main ones and where each starts getting in the way.

Google Sheets or Docs
  • Free, almost everyone has it
  • Can be shared by link
  • On a phone the client sees a tiny table and Google's UI
  • For stories you'll need a screenshot
Canva
  • Lots of ready layouts
  • Looks nice
  • No link, only an image or a PDF
  • Story, post and card are three files, and you edit prices in each
Link-in-bio builder
  • Gives you a link for your profile
  • Social buttons included
  • The price list is just a text block, no durations or groups
  • No images for stories or print
EasiestPrice list builder
  • You enter services once
  • You get a page with a link, a story, a post and a QR code
  • You change a price in one place
  • Free plans usually have limits

About those limits, so there are no surprises: on westicky's free plan you can add up to 10 services, and a small “Made with Westicky” line sits at the bottom. That's plenty for a pro with one or two main services. If you have more, Pro has no limits.

How to create a price list online, step by step

We'll show it on westicky, but the order works for any builder.

  1. 1
Write your services on paper first

Sounds old-fashioned, but it saves the most time. Name, price, how long it takes. If a price varies, decide right away what it depends on.

  2. 2
    Sign up

With email, Google or Telegram. Nothing to download, it all runs in the browser, phone included.

  3. 3
    Fill in your profile

Name, what you do, city, a photo and booking contacts: Telegram, WhatsApp, phone. Don't skip the contacts: they turn into the buttons clients tap to message you.

  4. 4
    Add services and group them

Manicure, pedicure, nail art as separate groups. Drag to reorder. Put what people book most often at the top.

  5. 5
    Pick your page address

Something like app.westicky.com/anna-nails. Short and without digits, so it's easy to say over the phone.

  6. 6
    Download the images

The story, post and chat square are built from the same data. A long list splits into several images by itself.

The typing takes about ten minutes. What usually takes longer is the wording: how to name a service so a client gets it without asking. There's a separate article on that: service price list template.

Can you just generate a price list?

You can ask an AI to “generate a price list for a nail tech”. It'll give you a neat list of fifteen services with believable prices. The catch is that they won't be your services or your prices.

In practice, “generate” is better read like this: you enter the data, the service does the layout. Fonts, spacing, wrapping long names, splitting into pages is the routine worth handing to a machine. Nobody can decide your prices and wording for you.

Where to put the link to your price list

  • Your bio. The first place a new client looks.
  • Pinned post in your Telegram channel. So you stop digging for an old message.
  • Quick reply in WhatsApp Business. Answer “how much?” with one tap, link included.
  • A QR code at your workstation. Clients scan it while the polish dries and see what else you offer.
  • Map listings. In the description or website field, if there is one.
